Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) - Release unnecessary burdens
Get to know EFT therapy, one of the most effective tools for releasing stress, negative emotions or physical pain.
EFT is a method of energetic psychology that includes techniques from neuro-linguistic programming, meridian theory and kinesiology.
Negative storage in the body's energy system (experiences, stress, trauma, damaging beliefs...) can lead to an imbalance. This can manifest itself in the form of anxiety, overwhelm, aggression, sleep disorders or physical illness.
In EFT therapy, a direct connection is made to the corresponding brain centers and stressful energetic storage can be permanently dissolved. This allows life energy to flow freely again and more energy is available.
You become capable of acting again, pain can disappear, self-esteem and joie de vivre increase and new paths become visible. Normally, noticeable results are achieved after just a few applications. EFT can also be learned rather easily for self-help.
